By booking an appointment with Boss Nailz or engaging with our services, you agree to the following policies:
No Call, No Show
If you miss your appointment without contacting Boss Nailz, you may be red flagged, which could affect your ability to book future services.
Lateness and Charges
Clients are granted a 5-minute grace period. After 5 minutes, a $20 late fee will be added.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled, or certain parts of the service may be removed to avoid delays for the next client.
Time Management
If you are on a tight schedule, we recommend that you do not book a time slot that may cause you to feel rushed. At Boss Nailz, we believe in providing unrushed, high-quality service and appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain that standard.
Double Dipping
We are willing to work over another professional's previous nail work. However, Boss Nailz is not liable for issues related to retention or nail health resulting from previous services.
MMA Soak-Offs
If it is determined during soak-off that you have MMA (Methyl Methacrylate) acrylics, a $10 fee will be added due to the extended removal time. In this case, Boss Nailz may remove some add-ons from your scheduled service to ensure we stay on time for the next client.
Damage/Nail Diseases
If visible signs of nail disease or significant damage are present, Boss Nailz reserves the right to refuse service. Your deposit will be refunded in this case, and no service will be rendered.
Taxes
All services are subject to taxes according to local city regulations.
Extra Guests
For the comfort and safety of all clients, no extra guests are allowed during appointments unless you are a minor being accompanied by an adult.
Age Requirement
Clients must be 15 years or older to receive any nail enhancements, including overlays. This does not apply to basic manicures.
Liability
Boss Nailz is not liable for any adverse reactions or outcomes resulting from prior nail work, late arrivals, or failure to comply with policies. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this privacy and service policy.
